Even though it is not common for ISTJ to have ADHD, does not mean they can't be born with it. The form of ADHD that SJ's like ISTJ get is inattentive ADHD. Any type that has Ne instead of Ni has inattentive ADHD. You see ISTJ's cognitive functions are Si, Te, Fi, and Ne are in that order. That is why ISTJ has inattentive ADHD instead of hyperactive ADHD.
